This is the brand carried in most local GNC stores. It contains 500 mg per dose of garcinia cambogia which is significantly lower than the recommended effective dose of 800-1200 mg. Unfortunately this product also falls short again on the HCA content. The industry standard for HCA content is 60% and this product comes in a bit short at 50%. The greater issue is the source or strain of the HCA is not noted on the label. Generics are often diluted imports from China which do not have the same effect. Getting specific strains of HCA, like SuperCitrimax, may be worth your money in gold as it’s success has lead to a patent.
