Product Overview

This meal replacement shake markets themselves as an aid to help those who are obese and they claim that it is medically supervised.  However, we have not been able to verify these claims.  Looking into their ingredients we have found that this shake is low in calories, but unfortunately, also low in protein, with only 10 grams of protein per serving.  Additionally, it contains soy, artificial ingredients, and sucralose.  We do not like seeing any of these ingredients in our shakes, as there have been a variety of health risks and reported side effects relating to each one.  This shake is also high in sugar at 15 grams of sugar per serving, which is definitely no good in our book.

This product does have a solid amount of nutrients and it tastes good, but with the other ingredients that make up the contents of this drink, we would definitely suggest trying one of the other products out there!

Honestly? Terrible taste, terrible ingredients, didn’t work for me at all…I feel like I was completely ripped off and I’m pissed about it. I do NOT recommend this to my worst enemy.
